Hongkong With Western Culture and Asian Spirit

Hong Kong has a diverse mix of characters because of the long British occupation and a great Chinese influence. As a country of China, Hong Kong provides a good introduction to who ever wanted to know more about China without entering the mainland plus a place to attract a more western culture and Asian spirit.

1. Hong Kong Museum of Art – On 10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong Museum of Art is open to anyone who wants a glimpse of Hong Kong culture and history to be taken through a large collection of more than 14,000 items ranging from calligraphy, painting, Hong Kong’s Treasures, art, antiques, and lithographs. The museum is open from 10:00-6: every day except Thursday 12:00 (except holidays).

2. Hong Kong Disneyland – which had just opened the first Disneyland in Asia offers total solutions fun and excitement for the whole family. This park is divided into four major attractions: Tomorrowland, Adventureland, Fantasyland and Main Street, USA.

3. Victoria Peak – Soaring 1810 meters above sea level, Victoria Peak is the main destination for tourists who want a birds eye view of downtown Hong Kong, Kowloon and Victoria Harbour to be. Go one step higher and take a 10 minutes walk to the actual Victoria Peak.

4. Lantau Island – Travel Hong Kong and a cruise around the waters of Lantau Island and watch the pink dolphins that only live in these waters.

5. Ocean Park – Travel to Hong Kong Ocean Park. This is one Hong Kong attractions where you and your children will have fun. This park is one big oceanarium containing Lowlands Gardens where pandas live, goldfish pagoda and butterfly house is located where the Marineland atolls and Aquarium shark was found, and the Cape theme park where you can go and take a trip by car cable and a roller coaster .

6. Water World – Hong Kong Travelling with children will not be fun without taking waterfalls in the world. Enjoy the wave pool, a playground and water slides.

7. Middle Kingdom – A miniature China that the Chinese temples, street scenes, houses, temples, palaces and only in the Middle Kingdom.

8. Central District – If you travel to Hong Kong because you love to shop, you better go to the central district of Hong Kong’s major shopping malls and several Western designer and signature boutiques are located.

9. Lamma Island – If you want to see a different Hong Kong, try Lamma Island. It hosts several outdoor activities such as swimming and walking. And if you like the taste of fresh seafood in Hong Kong in the atmosphere of a big meal, Lamma Island is still the preferred place to go.

10. Ten Thousand Buddha Monastery (Sha Tin) – Located in the New Territories, the Ten Thousand Buddha Monastery Buddha functions in different poses and colors.

11. Hong Kong Space Museum – See what is in store for you in the future Hong Kong Space Museum. The complex offers hundreds of performances ranging from telecommunications, robotics, energy, computers, and the physics with hands on experience that makes you interested.

12. Wet Market – In Hong Kong, all fresh. And when they say fresh, they mean it. If you happen to Hong Kong travel to friends or someone you know to visit, came when they went to wet market where fresh seafood sold in the verse.
